What a week! Fred was back in New Hampshire for six days on trip #15. His schedule was packed. He did lots of campaigning, press, meetings and continued house hunting in the Manchester area.
While he was excluded from Monday’s Debate at St. Anselm College, he was treated like a full-fledged Presidential candidate everywhere else. Here are some highlights:
Tuesday, he was a guest on The Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC live via satellite from the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College (home to Monday’s Debate). He was interviewed about his request for investigations into Mitt Romney’s possible voting and tax irregularities in Massachusetts, which he announced at a press conference on Monday.
While Romney claims that he and his wife were living in their son’s basement for 15 months, there is plenty of evidence to the contrary. Click on the image below for the 5 minute interview, or to see the entire longer story, Click Here:
What we are terming “BasementGate” was featured on The Rachel Maddow Show both Monday and Wednesday night as well. To read Fred’s complaint: CLICK HERE
Also at Monday’s press conference, Fred released his newest commercial, “Tyrannosaurus Rex.” Since Fred was not invited into Monday’s debate, he crashed it by running his new commercial during and around it on CNN and New Hampshire’s WMUR TV in the key early voting states of Iowa and New Hampshire.
This hard-hitting commercial, produced by filmmaker John Keitel, is the kickoff of Fred’s new effort to bring down gas prices, which are “hurting families and destroying the American economy.” The 30 second commercial ran in Des Moines and throughout New Hampshire Monday night. A slightly longer version of it is up on YouTube.

Last Saturday Fred and his team dodged raindrops and did some walking in Manchester with a hearty group of volunteers and the incredible Kirk the Bagpiper. He gave away lots of Frisbees and materials and heard from the voters. He and his team will be walking all over New Hampshire this summer and fall. Fred hopes that you will join him on these fun and important voter outreach walks. This is retail politics at its finest.
